After a bit of a brisk walk around Kensington, we hoped for something sweet and curious - Little Pebbles was good for both.
A sparkly, bright interior paired with light music and smiling staff...a definite yes on a gloomy day. From the outside with a simple, lightness we knew a modern, clean feel awaits us.
NOSE & SWIRL
Several little ikebana arrangements were acting as forever smiling companions to accompany a snack. Lighthearted art with pink hues added a playful child’s dream feel around the room. We took Tiramisu Sakura desert with a spongy bottom and an adorable Sakura stem flower on the top.
There was a variety of flavors mixed into the tiny cup: light, salty on the flower, with a rosy aroma - all very gently, but decently combined. We also took a couple of Americanos to balance out our desert - not sour and very light.
A cute little place, we hope they will stick around to delight the wary crowds of Kensington with something curious and subtle.
